Vermont election 2026: Look up who's on your ballot and where to vote

Vermont’s 2026 general election is on Tuesday, Nov. 3. Ballots include statewide races, legislative races, and county-wide races, plus two proposed constitutional amendments.

Vermont Public surveyed candidates who will appear on the ballot to learn how they respond to key issues. Use the tool below to see who’s on the ballot where you live and what they said. (Note: Justice of the peace candidates are not included.)

Find more information from Vermont Public about voter registration and how to vote. You can register to vote, view a full sample ballot, check the status of your mail-in ballot, and find more information at the Secretary of State's Vermont Voter Portal.

Vermont Public made occasional minor edits to the candidates' responses for readability but has not substantially edited or fact-checked the responses. General data for each candidate is provided by their campaigns to the Vermont Secretary of State’s Office. Polling place data provided by Vermont Center for Geographic Information.
